guaranteed for one year for normal usage. This excludes chewing, biting and
cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Since collars are "made to order" we cannot replace these products in the
case of incorrect neck measurements given at time of order or if
your pet outgrows the collar.
We will replace all items if they were not made to your initial
specifications.
As with any custom order, returns are not accepted other than for errors
on our part or product defects.
